Join Das Novas at GoodTimes Coal Fired Pizza and Pub on May 25th at 7:00 P.M. You’ll be transported from the sounds of today’s Appalachian folk to the early 20s in France, a side street in New Orleans, the coffee shop in Greenwich Village in 1960, the good old rock’n’roll station that kept your feet moving to the beat.
Das Novas, established in the fall of 2022, is made up of six of Big Stone Gap’s most accredited song writers and musicians; Stephen Murray, Brandon Maggard, Evan O’Quinn, Anthony Wayne, Phillip Austin and Blake Phillips. Each member brings their own style, soul and song to the group, showcased and supported by acoustic guitars, upright bass, trumpet, keyboards, and an array of percussion.
