Town of Big Stone Gap E-Billing Sign Up

The Town of Big Stone Gap is now offering e-bill delivery of all monthly utility bills and the annual real estate tax and personal property tax bills! Any customer that would like to receive their bills from the Town of Big Stone Gap as an email attachment must provide their current active email address and select which types of bills they wish to receive via email. We will be gathering this information over the next two months. The utility bills will begin being sent via email beginning with the billing cycle at the end of July that will have a due date of August 15th. Please complete ALL information below to enroll in the e-bill delivery. Don’t forget the Town also offers automatic draft for all utility bills. Also, customers can enroll in level budget billing for both utilities and real estate taxes. If have you any questions please contact the Water Billing Department at (276) 523-0115 ext. 125 or 126.
