It all starts this week! If you’re a bluegrass fan, then this is the festival for you! The 54th annual Hills of Home Dr. Ralph Stanley Bluegrass Festival is coming up May 21-24 (Wednesday through Saturday) at the legendary Stanley Brothers Old Home Place between Coeburn and McClure, VA — right here in the Heart of Appalachia! Tickets are sold at the gate and are available in advance. Camping reservations may also be made in advance. Call Sandy Cole at 606-226-1885 for advance tickets and camping reservations. Weekend passes are $150. Daily ticket prices are: Wednesday, $35; Thursday, $35; Friday, $40; and Saturday, $45. Kids 12 and under get in free. There is a 20 percent discount for college students (must show valid college I.D.)
