Have you been wondering about our next Brunch? Well, we had a lot going on these past few Sundays and we finally are able to squeeze April’s in. And because we wanted to participate in Cinco De Mayo, we are going to do May’s Brunch the next Sunday. We have come up with some super fun Brunches that we think you will enjoy.

For April:

Baked French Eggs: Just as written, whole eggs baked with cream, spices, and parmesan cheese over medium.

Cheesy Potato Casserole: potatoes, cheese, onion, bacon, peppers, cream, and spices baked to perfection.

Berry Croissant Bake: Croissants, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries baked in a bread pudding style mixture.

Coconut Cream Scones: A delicious scone made with coconut milk and coconut milk.

Orange Juice Mimosa: A traditional non alcoholic Mimosa with orange juice and ginger ale.
