For one evening, Big Cherry becomes a little corner of Cajun New Orleans — warm, indulgent, and full of flavor. We’re opening on a Tuesday to serve a Mardi Gras dinner special inspired by classic Louisiana comfort.
The Menu
Slow-braised honey garlic brisket served over crisp pork rind bites with pimento cheese and jalapeño.
A deep, slow-cooked Cajun gumbo with shrimp and crawfish, poured over dirty rice with corn fritters for dipping.
Hot, pillowy beignets finished with powdered sugar, melted chocolate, and our signature cherry compote!
