John has been the owner/operator of Schoolcraft PhotoGraphics LLC since 2010.
John Schoolcraft is a well known photographer from Big Stone Gap. He has taken pictures all over Wise County for several years. He is well known for his local school photography with a focus on football and basketball but has done many other sports as well.
John has also traveled to several states while working for various coal companies as a consultant. This has allowed him to take photographs outside our area, undergound, and even far off Canada. He has even taken pictures in Scotland and several National Parks.
John currently works at the Big Stone Gap Visitor Center where some oh his artwork is on display and he always has samples to show.
