About The Author

Lelia Long Collins grew up in Pennington Gap and later Keokee, Virginia and was exposed to the colorful storytelling traditions of the mountains at an early age. She is the mother of three grown children and the wife of a twenty year Navy veteran. She has traveled extensively within the United States and to Germany and the Ukraine. She has a captivating way of weaving a story and pulling her reader into the twists and turns while developing her plot.
