Evan O’Quinn

Singer songwriter Evan O’Quinn is a Big Stone Gap native who delivers a very enjoyable and energetic live show. He performs original compositions along with a wide variety of contemporary and traditional music.
Evan graduated from the Berklee College of Music in May 2020 and has worked as a music director for the Appalachian Center for the Arts (The APP) in Pikeville Kentucky and currently teaches with the Junior Appalachian Music School.
Evan was the Drum Major for the Union High School Marching Band and has performed in a number of local theatrical productions including portraying the leading male role of Jack Hale for a couple of summers in the “Trail of The Lonesome Pine”, the official outdoor drama of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and portraying Johnny Cash in “The Million Dollar Quartet” at the APP.
