Julia Still Information

Julia Still was born and raised in Southwestern Virginia, in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. She displayed a talent for singing from a very early age. At the age of four, she treated the Christmas service she was attending to a surprise performance of ”Away in a Manger”. Still went on to hone her skills in musical theater, where she landed the role of Belle in an off-Broadway production of Beauty and the Beast.

Around age 16, she discovered a love for country music and began writing her own songs. She has proven to be a talented lyricist, incorporating a diverse range of influences into her music, from moonshiners, to love, heartbreak, and her own experiences growing up in Appalachia. She conveys emotion and meaning through her music in heartfelt and relatable ways, along with a bold and vibrant personality that match her musical talents. In pursuit of her musical career, Still signed with Tower Music Group. Her debut album “Hard to Believe” is available now!
