Hello Friends! Here’s a few things about us for if you’re new here and maybe missed:

Patrick just closed on the Minor Building on October 3rd

the building is named after its builder J. A. L. Minor and isn’t the “miner” building even though it has a deep history with the mines… originally it was a multi tenant office building!

there’s a time capsule from 1908 in the cornerstone we are opening on Nov 8th!!!

there’s things left in the building from every decade since it was built. Some things not even related to the business conducted in the building. we post cool finds to keep you all updated on the progress and process!

we are opening an antique vendor mall here. 15,000 sq ft antique heaven right in the heart of Big Stone Gap!

the approximate timeline for completion is 6 months so Spring 2026!
