Our 1st ever Miss winner will get to wear this stunning crown and represent the Blue Highway Festival at the 2026 Miss Virginia Association of Fairs Scholarship Pageant in January. Miss contestants must be between the ages of 16-22, unmarried, never married, and no children. Applications can be sent via email for this division.
